DELEGATE BOOKING FORM

The cost of R1,600.00 includes all classes and demonstrations with local teachers and demonstrators. All teas/coffee and snacks, a get together evening on Friday with a food / cooking demonstration, buffet lunch on Saturday and breakfast snacks on Sunday morning.

Costs exclude the following:
* Accommodation and travelling.
* Coldrinks and juices.
* Saturday evening dinner

Bookings will be accepted from 1 December 2011 and will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Visitors to Jeffreys Bay over December can also register in the shop.

How to book

1. Complete the attached Booking Form to confirm.
2. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to confirm that we have received your provisional booking together with our banking details to be used for EFT payments.
3. Complete the required fields to book your place at the event.
4. Only one delegate per registration.
5. Delegate bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
